Vaughn Baker's

Vaughn Baker is the Co-Founder and the President of Strategos International, a firm established in 2002. With 25 years of law enforcement experience, including more than a decade on a SWAT team, he has trained tens of thousands of professionals worldwide across schools, healthcare, government, and military sectors on safety and security practices.

Vaughn is an active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and frequently conducts behavioral threat assessments. He has also developed curriculum on intruder response, armed robbery preparedness, and predictive violence recognition.
